I only have to start the sync manually via terminal, which actually is ok.
Because my wife uses only her smartphone, I can sync weekly my digital heritage (all the important files in #cryptomator) to her phone.
This way she has all the stuff she needs in case a an accident or death.

So I switched to #kdeconnect and #gsconnect for syncing stuff to my #android phone. Actually this quite nice with some minor hickups.
But ... the phone is mounted automatically to via ftp. You have to add /storage/emulated/0/Documents to the mount for modern androidos.
But then I can easy sync stuff if rsync, because I can access over the terminal via /run/user/1000/gvfs/sftp:host=IPADRESS,port=1739/storage/emulated/0/

ZockburscheGSConnect auf Linux Mint installiert. Läuft nicht, weil keine Gnome Shell. Also wieder deinstalliert und KDEConnect drauf. Daraufhin crasht der Celluloid Videoplayer. Auch wieder runter damit.
Natürlich sind noch ein paar Abhängigkeiten übrig geblieben. Jetzt hab ich bei jedem Start die Auswahl zwischen Cinnamon, KDE und Gnome.

Weiß jemand, ob bei Custom ROMs auch eine #AirDrop Unterstützung eingeführt werden wird? Ich meine damit nicht #KDEConnect oder ähnliche Technologien.
