GSConnect auf Linux Mint installiert. Läuft nicht, weil keine Gnome Shell. Also wieder deinstalliert und KDEConnect drauf. Daraufhin crasht der Celluloid Videoplayer. Auch wieder runter damit.
Natürlich sind noch ein paar Abhängigkeiten übrig geblieben. Jetzt hab ich bei jedem Start die Auswahl zwischen Cinnamon, KDE und Gnome.

Weiß jemand, ob bei Custom ROMs auch eine #AirDrop Unterstützung eingeführt werden wird? Ich meine damit nicht #KDEConnect oder ähnliche Technologien.
OK, recently #KDE #KDEConnect has been a bit weird, it refuses to send multiple files from my phone to #Windows laptop, can only send one at a time.

NONE OF the software packages available have yet mastered this evil black art known as "transferring files over network".
Microsoftware is useless.
Googleware is useless.
I hear Appleware is expensive *and* useless.
But even open source solution? Hella useless. WHY. WHY IS THIS SO HARD.

Bekomme Devuan mit KDE nicht ohne Probleme ans laufen. Möchte aber gerne KDE connect nutzen.

I've just installed Cairo Dock in my SBC Raspberry Pi5, using pi-packages the Add/Remove software utility.
What a mess I created.
Cairo Dock could not work properly. The gfx output indicated that it rendered in a manner that Wayland does not like.
I could see the window borders of the Dock which are invisible on Xorg in MX-Linux. Cairo Dock collapsed and expanded horizontally when you moved the mouse over it, with none of the applets reacting properly. They did not spawn the programs they were representing
I then proceded with sudo apt install cairo-doc from bash, after removal in pi-packages.
All dependecies were easily installed, but the rendering of my beloved Cairo dock still failed, making it still unusuable, in Wayland on the Pi5 SBC with 8GiB RAM
I will investigate, but for now I can't get the gorgeous Cairo dock to easily work on Wayland on the SBC Raspberry Pi5
