Afghanistan 🇦🇫Construction of the aerial bridge in front of the Kabul Provincial Administration building has made significant progress.
The construction work on the aerial bridge in front of the Kabul Provincial Administration building, which began on the 9th of the month of Meraswan, 1404 of the Solar Hijri calendar, by the Department of Works, Maintenance and Supervision of Kabul Municipality, has so far achieved 20% progress.
This bridge, with a length of 235 meters, a width of 18 meters, a height of 6.8 meters, and a 472-meter sidewalk, will be supported by six sturdy pillars. The design also includes a circular ramp with a radius of 33 meters and a length of 150 meters, which will be useful for regulating traffic flow.
The aerial bridge is designed with four lanes (two for outbound traffic and two for inbound traffic) and includes loop-like ramps, which will play an important role in regulating vehicle movement.
Since Salang Wat is considered a central, commercial, and congested area of Kabul city, there was a need to build an aerial bridge in this location, in order to reduce traffic congestion on the roads of New Kabul City, De Afghanan, and surrounding areas, and to provide convenience for citizens' travel.

The construction of the aerial bridge in front of the Kabul Provincial Administration, which began on December 9, 1404 Solar Hijri, by the Department of Works, Maintenance and Supervision of Kabul Municipality, has so far achieved 30% progress.
The bridge is designed with a length of 235 meters, a width of 18 meters, a height of 6.8 meters, and a 472-meter sidewalk, and will be built on six sturdy pillars.
The project design also includes a circular ramp with a radius of 33 meters and a length of 150 meters, which will play an important role in regulating traffic flow.
The aforementioned bridge is designed with four lanes (two outbound and two inbound) and, with its loop-like ramps, will provide a smooth flow of vehicles without stops or interference.
Considering the location of Salang Wat as one of the busy and heavily trafficked routes in the commercial center of Kabul city, the construction of this bridge and its grade separation can have a noticeable impact on reducing congestion, preventing lane conflicts, and improving traffic flow on the routes to New Kabul City, De Afghanan, and adjacent areas.

دا پُل چې ۲۳۵ متره اوږدوالی، ۱۸ متره سور، ۶.۸ متره لوړوالی او ۴۷۲ متره شیرواله لري، د شپږو استحکامي پایو(ستنو) په وسیله به وردول شي. همدا راز د دې پله په ډیزاین کې د ۳۳ مترو شعاع په درلودلو سره د ۱۵۰ مترو په اوږدوالي دایروي رمپ هم په پام کې نیول شوی دی چې، د ترافیکي بهیر د تنظیم په برخه کې به ګټور تمام شي.
دا هوايي پُل په څلورو لینونو کې ( دوه د تګ او دوه د راتګ) ډیزاین شوی دی چې، لوپ ته ورته رمپونه لري او د وسایطو د حرکت په تنظیمولو کې به مهم رول ولوبوي.
دا چې، سالنګ واټ د کابل ښار یوه مرکزي، سوداګریزه او ګڼه ګوڼه لرونکې سیمه بلل کېږي، د دې اړتیا وه چې په دې ځای کې یو هوايي پُل جوړ شي، څو له یوې خوا د نوي ښار، ده افغانانو او ورڅېرمه سیمو په سړکونو کې ترافیکي ګڼه ګوڼه کمښت ومومي اوبله خوا به ښاریانو ته د تګ راتګ په برخه کې آسانتیاوې رامنځته شي.

پیشرفت کار اعمار پل هوایی مقابل مقام ولایت کابل
کار اعمار پل هوایی در مقابل مقام ولایت کابل که به تاریخ ۹ جدی ۱۴۰۴ هجری خورشیدی از سوی ریاست کار، حفظ و مراقبت شاروالی کابل آغاز گردیده بود، تاکنون ۳۰ درصد پیشرفت کاری داشته است.
این پل بهطول ۲۳۵ متر، عرض ۱۸ متر و ارتفاع ۶.۸ متر طراحی شده و دارای ۴۷۲ متر شیروال میباشد که بر روی ۶ پایهٔ استحکامی اعمار میگردد.
در طرح این پروژه، یک رمپ دایروی با شعاع ۳۳ متر و طول ۱۵۰ متر نیز پیشبینی شده است که نقش مهمی در تنظیم جریان ترافیک ایفا میکند.
پل مذکور در چهار لین (دو لین رفت و دو لین برگشت) طراحی شده و با داشتن رمپهای لوپمانند، زمینهٔ حرکت روان وسایط نقلیه را بدون توقف و تداخل فراهم میسازد.
با توجه به مؤقعیت سالنگوات به عنوان یکی از مسیرهای مزدحم و پرترافیک در مرکز تجارتی شهر کابل، اعمار این پل و تقاطع غیرهمسطح آن میتواند تأثیر قابل ملاحظهای در کاهش ازدحام، جلوگیری از تداخل لینها و بهبود جریان ترافیک در مسیرهای شهرنو، دهافغانان و ساحات همجوار داشته باشد.
