Der Fall ist somit ein weiteres Beispiel fĂźr die verborgene menschliche Arbeitskraft hinter dem, was Tech-Unternehmen gerne als âKĂźnstliche Intelligenzâ verkaufen.
2019 sorgte etwa eine Bloomberg-Recherche fĂźr Schlagzeilen, die aufdeckte, dass Amazon mehr 30.000 Arbeiter:innen in den USA, Costa Rica, Indien und Rumänien beschäftigte, um die sprachgesteuerte âKIâ Alexa auf Amazons Smart-Speaker Echo zu trainieren.
