2019 sorgte etwa eine Bloomberg-Recherche fĂŒr Schlagzeilen, die aufdeckte, dass Amazon mehr 30.000 Arbeiter:innen in den USA, Costa Rica, Indien und RumĂ€nien beschĂ€ftigte, um die sprachgesteuerte âKIâ Alexa auf Amazons Smart-Speaker Echo zu trainieren.
