One other adder to brief thoughts on The Giant Dark, I was in a way reminded of Gibson's Idoru, the fans obsession with a singer, the organisation and determination to find out about the singer's new relationship. A week for dark stuff. I finished #OurWivesUnderTheSea by #JuliaArmfield so there's the lesbian speculative horror romance element. I read a lot of diverse speculative fiction, mostly #scifi but the odd horror. So this was quite dark
Then a trip to #MrOrgan again dark, this time a documentary with lots of gay guys, a brilliant movie by #DavidFarrier
