Mr Organ and my world of narcissists. - Be Yourself

The link above is a good resource for anyone who needs help with identifying someone with narcissism who may be in their lives. It is a resource that I wish I had for many years now. I just finished…

Be Yourself
Since I first heard about David Farrier's Mr Organ I knew I'd had trouble watching it. Tonight Netflix suggested it to me and I nervously watched.
He reminds me of someone I knew and struggled with. I will never be the same after that, and I can only hope David is doing OK.
I still feel icky so I'm going to watch something funny before bed and hope I can wipe away the ick.
ick
ick
ick.
*shudder*

Where can I stream #MrOrgan?
@Matthew did you go? What did you think?? I found it boring at the start and harrowing by the end. Someone in our theatre (10 people) mentioned they think a friend of theirs had been affected by him. Nz is mega small, and I think David went ahead with this as a public service…. #MrOrgan
Does anyone in #Dunedin want to go see #MrOrgan with me this weekend? That guy. If you've come across him, you know.
A week for dark stuff. I finished #OurWivesUnderTheSea by #JuliaArmfield so there's the lesbian speculative horror romance element. I read a lot of diverse speculative fiction, mostly #scifi but the odd horror. So this was quite dark
Then a trip to #MrOrgan again dark, this time a documentary with lots of gay guys, a brilliant movie by #DavidFarrier
Our first movie in ages - I think since we went to see Emily in Falling for Figaro a few years ago. But I had to go see #MrOrgan by #DavidFarrier and it’s the most extraordinary glimpse at the banality of evil. A psychological horror that never gets explicit, but the effect is traumatic
@robincapper Yeah, murky as bro. Worrying. #MrOrgan
@SandyMamoli Yes, I felt/feel quite worried for David Farrier watching it. One hopes he has managed to disengage, but the attention of this film, and the 'recognition' connected with it, will , I fear energise the 'demonic' aspect of #MrOrgan

Holy cow, David Farrier’s documentary MR ORGAN about the manipulative, abusive, and delusional Michael Organ is a creepy, unsettling yarn.

I saw it tonight.
Recommended, but be warned: not a feel-good movie, in any way.

Courageous work by David Farrier. #MrOrgan
