With just one week to go until my next 5k, I did a practice run in exactly 35 minutes.
I did the work.
For the second time this week, I did a practice 5k. I gassed about halfway through, but I kept going.
With just about 12 hours until my first 5k of the year, I'm going to sleep.
With just 2 Days to go until my first 5k of the year, I completed the distance on an elliptical in just over 30 minutes. I feel good about that.
With only 4 days to go until my first 5k of the year, I ran the distance on a treadmill in 36:18 today. I held back a little bit. There will be no holding back during the real thing.
With only #6DaysToGo until my first 5k of the year, I did a practice run in 35:46. I held back a little bit on this one. I won't have that luxury during the real thing.
I was surprisingly productive today.
I even got a 2.5 mile run completed in just about 30 minutes. I know I need to be faster during a real race, but I'll worry about that when I'm in one.
