Robotics is catching up with the #LLM era! πŸ€– But fear not, instead of cleaning your house or cooking dinner, this brave new #Shoggoth #Mini is here to *express* itself. Because clearly, what we need in 2025 is a robot that does #interpretive #dance while burning your toast. 🍞πŸ”₯

@Miteroni I have a #dystopian #story that has almost no #dialogue because it's centered around the idea of #culture as a non-verbal language. That makes it really hard to show & not tell, so my actual text is blocky descriptions that I don't love. Hard to make empathetic #characters when even internal monologue would break the vibe. I always figured the only way I'd ever be able to tell it properly was be in some form of #cinematography or #graphic #novel

Or #interpretive #dance

Great topic!

After and before shot ☺️. The Well House Bastle* model delivered to the later annex to the original. Showing how life might have looked and sounded in a reiver-proof farmhouse in 1550s border country.

It's part of Nook Farm, Alston also the site of Epiacum Roman fort.

*also known as Whitlow Bastle No.3 as there are six in the area.

@AnujaCabraal Great to see some #qualitative research people here! I research normative change in International Organizations and in the course of my project I have also discovered reflexivity and treating my interview partners as co-creators of knowledge as crucial to understanding these phenomena. Challenging, but also lots of fun and the #interpretive research community is awesome and very supportive of each other.
