Definitely worth a read, great stories from his coaching days and great little lessons learned over the decades. Worth a read for anyone needing help in interpersonal education, and easy to digest.

How #philosophy and objective thinking matters in #interpersonalcommunication even with irrational people who agree to -
- just because they can demonstrate something , doesn't mean it's right even for them ( yes selfishness isn't much about rationality)
-if they agree that something is wrong even in their own interest, they ve the self control to always always let go
you can stop them from going too far before its too late for any repair to the damage done
I ve not tested it much , and I know this can only be more effective before they re in to any sort of trip of power play, in fact this can be taught right from the #childhood , but by who? Only an individual ends up pickup their own eventual influences and once thats own, as nobody controls , what happens ( or doesnt ) in their lives
even incentive and punishments re not effective

During video calls, generate video of my face that always looks at the camera – not slightly down at my laptop keyboard, or sideways at the cat – in the interest of better interpersonal communication through eye contact.
