ISP rep said i need a router with a 2.5 gigabit port (because i was like wait can i bring my own router, because i figured they'd probably give me some tiny shitbox, so why not just bring my own shitbox at no additional cost) aaaaaand i don't think the mesh router set i got at a thrift shop (tp-link deco ac1200) has that? i checked the specs and i don't think it has that, but maybe i missed something....so if anyone has time to offer a second opinion, i would appreciate that!!!
(also, maybe they were just saying that to try and get me to buy their router, because even if i don't have a router with the 2.5 gigabit port, i'm pretty sure it's still backwards compatible!!)
