Today, I published my first playbook on GitHub. Nothing super fancy, it's a simple script to update multiple servers, VMs, and LXCs running on Debian/Ubuntu. It was a valuable exercise to prepare for my next playbook, which is more ambitious (for me).

I've been trying for six hours to find out why I'm seeing #network #dropouts every minute today in the #monitoring of my #selfhosted services. I restarted everything, rewired everything, took the server offline on a rolling basis, and so on and so forth.

At some point I realized that both, the primary and the identically configured backup instance of my #nginxproxymanager (on a different host) are online in parallel. But hey, it wasn't #DNS this time. 🤯🤬😤
