Sad to hear that Hepcat singer Gregory Lee passed away recently. He certainly had a sweet and clear voice.

Didn't listen to a lot of Hepcat frankly, but I love the tracks "I Can't Wait" and "Riding the Region" that were on the Hellcat Records "Give 'Em The Boot" compilations, which I listened to constantly throughout high school. Nostalgic for me, and otherwise fantastic chill tunes in that classic ska/soul pocket for sure.

Greg Lee of Hepcat: Singer, father, son, and friend who gave so much to this world! It seemed like he existed to brighten any room he glided into. His sense of style and that big Cheshire cat smile left an impression on anyone he met. He was one of the kindest people in the Ska scene.

We are absolutely devastated by his unfortunate passing. Our deepest condolences to his family. They will need our help in the coming days, months, and years.
