I share your frustration with the past-tensing of #Covid, but the available evidence is that the #Andes #hantavirus won't be as bad as that. It sounds like the kind of thing you get from a romantic partner or a patient you're nursing, but not from the supermarket cashier, especially if you're already wearing a decent respirator.
