Idag har dette forflyttet seg ut i hagen (da 20 minutter) og jeg har fått gjort masse!

Er også fan av #habitstacking så jeg tok hunden med ut også, så øver vi oss på innkalling i inngjerdet område samtidig som jeg klippet litt busker, plukket søppel og grener som har landet i hagen igjennom vinteren også fikk jeg fjerne noen større grener av et tre som sang på siste verset. Falt helt for hvor flotte årringene var så dette skal tørkes og brukes til et eller annet. Herlig med vår!

Habit Stacking ist deshalb so erfolgreich, weil du die Macht deiner bereits bestehenden Gewohnheiten nutzt.

#habitstacking continued… On the weekends my breakfast routine is a little off and different every time thus I usually have more breaks in my #duolingo streak.

If you are trying to introduce a new habit into your life:
1. Start small (workout for 1 minute, jog for 1 minute etc)
2. Stack it with something you already do everyday, “I workout for 1 minute before dinner.”
3. Keep trying. You won’t be perfect or always hit the mark and that’s okay, keep going, keep trying.
