Well, shit! My body decided to corporate with deadlifts today!
Pulled 385 with hookgrip, 405 double with straps. I'm very pleased with that considering I haven't done a heavy deadlift in I don't even know how long.
Biggest issue by far is grip. I used to have no issue double overhanding 315x5, I could barely hold onto it for a double. Legs/back feel great, but my forearms be weak af now.
