P.2 these are Mac original applications for the most part where guess what it would be on the left. Why it’s not an option I do not know but I’m getting pretty fed up with modern apps and their design philosophy.
I know QT is a pain I to program for but just stop using Gtk. Stop using electron. Stop using flutter. just anything else. And make an actual user interface that can be queried by screen readers.

KDE: Plasma 5.13 will have Global Menu support.
Not only does it support a fully fledged menu bar, if available, but also the little application menu with settings, about, and quit.
