You can thank Australia’s worst ever prime minister - Scott John Morrison. In a career marked by outrageous bullshitting, he finally hit bullshit overload during Covid-19. A #GasLedRecovery and a National Covid Commission stacked with fossil fuel miners was too much for even the most gullible punter.

When the microscope and later the blowtorch was turned on the #GasLedRecovery it was quickly revealed that gas was not the future, it was not an intermediate step to the future, in fact it was a pretty shithouse present.

So Scott Morrison killed the golden gas goose, poked the zero emissions bear and shat in his own nest. All in the search of a bigger rort. And I thought he never did anything good.

The finding of said "commission" were to put people to work on a #boondoggle, a #porkBarrel designed to poison our #water, our #aquifers and destroy any chance of combating #climateChange.
