These two focus groups are to help us develop a new education course to improve sensitive communication with trans patients using role play scenarios. This will be rolled out to medical students at Queen Mary University of London and doctors at Barts Health NHS Trust.
Who can take part?
We are looking to recruit six people who:
Identify as transgender or gender diverse
Are aged 18 or over
Have experience using NHS services
What taking part involves
Two online focus groups, each lasting 2 hours
Sessions will take place in the evening
The focus groups will run in February and March
We are ideally looking for participants who are able to attend both sessions, to help with continuity
