21.9 KM of #Running (Mist, +6°C, 97% humidity, and 15 KM/H wind).

Nice morning of reading then headed out into the mess that is Ottawa right now. It misted, it rained, and I clocked my longest run of the year while trying to stay in Zone 2 (8%, 68%, 24%) - kept getting harder and harder as the KMs crept by, but I got it done. First half since April last year. Progress!

Ran out of podcasts and switched to music. #FirstSong was Barrio No Dance by Noanowa.

11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of core strength training.
7.1 KM of #Running (-18°C, -26 windchill, 67% humidity, and 13 KM/H wind).

Core is an interesting thing to add to the mix. Good run, even though it was getting cool enough I had to pants today. Bonus #IceBeard though!
