At 04:00 Saturday morning, it was listed as "arrived at depot" but not available for pickup. (Note: The depot is a local drugstore, definitely NOT open at 04:00!)
Today (Monday) it's on a truck again, "out for delivery to pickup location by 22:00."
FFS.
Bottom line: Massive incompetence.
Our new lawnmower was supposed to be delivered via FedEx ground yesterday. I cringed when I saw it was coming via Fedex. It’s still not here with no ETA as of yet. Of course, when I called to get tracking information, they were just like, “It’s on the way on a truck.” If it had been shipped via UPS ground, they would know exactly where it was on the planet, who was the name of the driver and what he’d had for lunch today.
EDIT - Now arriving Tuesday, 6/27. SUPPOSEDLY. 😑😑😑

Wednesday night my parcel was at the Canadian border, needing duty paid.
Thursday morning it was at the Calgary sorting facility, with an estimated delivery time of 10:10-14:30.
At 14:15 (still not out for delivery) the tume was updated to 'by 22:00.'
At 22:15, the parcel was suddenly in MEMPHIS??!
Wow. How do these companies get away with this sort of incompetence?
After today, I think I need to find an anthro artist who can draw werewolves and wouldn't have any qualms about drawing a werewolf fuckin up FedEx.
#FedEx Ground is on the verge of self-destruction, they're going through massive employee dissatisfaction because FedEx Ground is NOT FedEx, it is contractors who treat their employees like crap.
If it positively absolutely has to get there, DON'T SHIP FEDEX.
