Sam the #Wiltipoll #ram #lamb came home with me today. He'll settle in for a few weeks before meeting the younger #ewes. Two wether weaner lambs will keep him company until then.

The #lambs are about 2-3 weeks old & strongly bonded to the young #ewes. I could finally get closer for photos without fear of mismothering. Enjoy the #lambspam.

#Lambspam One of the 7 new #lambs dropped by the young #ewes last month. 6 lambs are doing well but despite our best efforts, a tiny, premature lamb didn't make it. Lambing is the best & the worst time.

Picked up some new young #ewes today. Drizzly cool trip on the back of the ute meant they were head-down-tail-up grazing as soon as I dropped them in the holding paddock. They'll have full bellies & good shelter tonight before I let them into the bigger paddock tomorrow. They should grow like steam here if this good season continues.
