@leavex would a «shame and blame» approach work ? Like a massive add campaign targeting individuals with posters showing their names and functions, and e.g. an estimate of the amount of public money they feed into Musk's pocket ?
IIRC, some economists estimated that each tweet yields 20 cts in revenue for X. And that probably does not account for the benefits in disinformation.

L'Assemblée nationale attribue d'office une adresse mél @ assemblee-nationale.fr à chaque député-es en poste et c'est avec cette adresse officielle que les citoyen-nes peuvent les interpeller, pour le canal mél. Le pendant "réseaux sociaux" n'existe pas à ce jour et cela pose a minima un problème de souveraineté nationale concernant la communication des élu-es de la République du XXIe siècle.

The update so far:
- Elon Musk is richer and more influential than ever
- Millions are still using his platform as a disinformation tool
- So far, we’ve been ignored by every politician we contacted
- German civil society organizations have shown little interest in our strategy
Hopefully, in my spare time, I’ll be able to reach more members of the European Parliament - and maybe someone will finally listen to the appeal of this campaign.

Recently, we contacted @alexandrageese because she has shown synergy to our effort. (1) There are similar initiatives across Europe that joined efforts under the umbrella of Escape X, please check out @helloQuitX.
@Mastodon in France there was the #HelloQuitX initiative earlier this year, morphed into #EscapeX ( @fr.escape-x.org / @HelloQuitteX ) that was pushing in this direction – but was blocked/ignored by most gov and politicians in France.
@leavex somehow took over and might have more to say and offer.
