Today is the last day of #ecer2024 in Nicosia. I had the opportunity to talk about digitalization-related dissolutions of boundaries in school leadership, while @ptulowitzki presented the results of our recently published review on shadowing school leaders. Many thanks to all colleagues for the exciting presentations, relaxed coffee breaks and the inspiring discussions about #digitalization, #datafication, #schoolleadership and much more. I'm already looking forward to Belgrade!

Nice reminder from Florian Waldow (Humboldt Uni) that "utopia" is spatial and not at all temporal. Today's usage as future-oriented should really be "Uchronia".
