Now that false summer is upon us, we figured it was a good time to break out the Grateful Dead Juicy Pale by #dogfishhead. Overall, a beer that has strong orange and tropical notes, along with some pine resin and stone fruit. . . . Receding, there remains a tattered curtain of lacing inside the glass. Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of tropical citrus, including mango and pineapple, orange citrus, grapefruit, and some pine resin. Sipping, we recover those same tropical and orange notes, along with a bit of stone fruit and mild pine resin.
