One was a locally brewed ale on steakhouse tap and the other was a darker bock style import. We're talking barely there but likeable hints, not great pumpkin dropped- on- your-head' from-a-helicopter notes. Most of the chain store shelf space stuff is very much that- and sweetened beyond repair. Hard pass
JonHad a great evening chatting and drinking a couple beers (at the rad Hop Merchant) with a friend I don't see often enough. We talked about video games and RPG campaign ideas and movies and our shared desire to make more stuff! The joint was playing all the music from high school and early college all night too!
