The GIGA seeks to appoint a PostdoctoralResearchFellow (m/f/d) – Sustainable Supply Chains. Applications are invited for a full-time position with a contract of 42 months. Improving the living conditions of others sometimes sounds easier than it actually turns out to be. One's own privileged situation does not mean " throwing help over others" and thus thinking you're doing something good.
If you don't consider this carefully, you can cause more harm than good.
For me, the most important thing is to put aside my own Eurocentric view of the world and listen carefully to what those I want to help really want and need.
