Who in their right mind uses Microsoft Edge? At one point I even read it was to be discontinued.
But the Municipality of Lund where I am, as of recent, a member of the board of education has Edge as the ONLY allowed browser for accessing the intranet on their iOS iPads.

The thing I like about my time on GrapheneOS is simply that I can focus on what I want to do, and fully curate my interaction with it.
I'm also very happy with my photo experience. Want to take raw photos that are supported in darktable? Try Open Camera.
The phone hardware plays a secondary role, especially when OS features aren't intentionally designed to work "only" on latest models (aka Apple and GoogleOS).
I highly recommend trying it out.

When people talk about DeGoogling or DeApple'n, why does no one mention moving to Zoho? I've been using Zoho free for decades now with my domains and I've never had an issue. Security options have been great, it's worked well, and support has always been good when I needed it.
@xfts You are right to be worried about the UI, it is one of the weak points of /e/. Consider iodéOS for an experience closer to stock android while also including microG and blocking ads and trackers. And you get f-droid and aurora, instead of the murena store (which jumbles them together). Another disadvantage is the misleading marketing: Murena claims to offer support for nearly 300 devices, but there is only official support for 24 (the rest are community builds) and most of the official builds are still stuck on android 13, 14 15, etc. But overlooking this, it's a great project, and is helping thousands of people #degoogle and #deapple.
I'm pretty sure I'm going to replace Apple Notes with Obsidian, but I need to replace calendar and reminders as well. Sticking with the iPhone for a while still, so I need stuff that still works on that device.

Apple likes to do this. A sort of wink-wink to law enforcement. Obviously, law enforcement knows all about this already.
They got into trouble for sharing unencrypted notifications with law enforcement/gov, and as far as I know, notifications in ios are still not encrypted.
I don't think this is by accident.
