Welp. I uninstalled the Google Play Store from my GrpheneOS pixel 6 Pro, and now Signal doesn't work. I'd LIKE to use it, as I have a couple of friends who actually use it. Maybe use it through Aurora store?

OMFG, hanging in an elevator ceiling and get a spam call on Google Meet! I don't even use that, why is it on my phone?!? @GrapheneOS it's very sad I can't install your distro on my Nothing phone.

Anyone know an alternative OS I can throw on this device to enable me to uninstall BS Google applications that I don't need (IE: all of them)?

Portsmouth City Council relies on companies' apps for some of their 'green' tech, for example eScooters or charging an EV. These companies don't have the natural alternative to view in a browser.

This means you're basically beholden to Google or Apple, which is a bit shit.

(I can download via Aurora Store but I'm trying to avoid that atm and - anyway - it's the principle that counts.)

Betreibe es auf einem Android Smartphone und seit ein paar Tagen verändert sixh der Feed auch nach Aktualisierung nicht, obwohl da neue Videos auftauchen müsstem, die von den Accounts gepostet wurden.
