Hoje exportei minha agenda do Google para um arquivo .ics e o importei na agenda (Calendar) do Disroot.

Tudo funcionando pelo navegador e Thunderbird do PC.

Já no Android, que parto! Segui as instruções do link abaixo. Mas ou por algum bug ou instabilidade, não consigo completar a autenticação (um daqueles procedimentos chatos em que o app chama o navegador para fazer login), esteja eu previamente logado ou não. Fica para uma outra oportunidade ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Por essas e outras, o smartphone vai ficando de canto e cada vez mais uso o dumbphone.

@pm2000 @farfadoc @CoMaps @davx5app Dav5x n'est pas installé par défaut sur l'OS du #Fairphone ? Tu mets #FairphoneMurena donc j'imagine qu'il est sous @e_mydata... Auquel cas pour l'agenda tout est déjà en place (même si /e/ a une fâcheuse habitude à ne pas nommer les applications : la gestion des comptes utilise déjà #DAV5x).

Pour la navigation, j'apprécie #MagicEarth (par défaut sur /e/ mais nommée Maps). Sinon en #LogicielLIbre #OrganicMaps ou #OSMand (un peu complexe) sont des options.

Oh, that's neat. The DavX5 team implemented WebDAV Push, including accompanying Nextcloud app. No more polling. (Less server load?)

I tried this but using #NextPush instead of NTFY.

Tapping on #UnifiedPush in the #Dav5X settings instantly picked up UnifiedPush and subscribed, showing my account in brackets. The NextPush Android app showed Davx5 as subscribed.

It seems I had to turn the collection off and on a couple of times before it showed as subscribed, and it still takes about 30 seconds to update. Could that just be #GrapheneOS's default calendar app that I'm using?

Domain, Benutzer- und Kalendernamen bleiben identisch, lediglich die #Nextcloud wurde frisch aufgesetzt...

@obsolete29 #Nextcloud going to #KDE online accounts on my desktop and #Pinephone, and #Dav5X going to a #degoogled #Android phone, so probably not a very useful model for someone wanting to use gnome without Nextcloud. 😆

#mailboxorg synchronisiert keine Kontaktgruppen. Wollte deshalb #baikal lokal installieren. Nachdem ich Stunden lang mit der #baikal Installation am #synology gekämpft habe, tut es jetzt. Die synchronisierten Gruppen sehe ich trotzdem ohne Mitglieder auf meinem Phone, der über #dav5x synchronisiert... Geht das mit den Gruppen überhaupt??

I decided to start supporting the open source projects which I use to run my personal infrastructure with donations. Number one is #dav5x which we use to sync our #nextcloud calendars on #android. Its making our life so much easier.

In the last week I've started moving my calendars 📆 , contacts 👫 and email ✉️ off of Google

It really feels like coming to the end of an abusive relationship 💔 It was worse than I liked to admit, and it's easier to leave than I thought 👋
