Could quantum churn be the underlying cause of dark energy and dark matter?

The Hernandez Hypothesis Version 5: A Λ-Anchored, RG-Derived Theory of Horizon-Modified Inertia

A candidate framework proposing that dark matter phenomenology and cosmic acceleration arise from a single mechanism — vacuum pair-production dynamics ("churn") in the de Sitter background — with no dark-matter particles and zero galactic free parameters. The galactic acceleration law and its interpolation function are derived from a renormalization-group treatment, with the characteristic scale fixed by the cosmological constant Λ. This record contains the main paper (Version 5), eight companion documents with full derivations and analyses, and reproducible Python analysis scripts operating on public SPARC galaxy data. Key results: the empirically required 2π factor (Δχ² > 10⁶), a Λ-fixed acceleration scale favored over MOND on mass-to-light-clean data, consistency with current gravitational-wave constraints, and a parameter-free weak-lensing prediction. Open problems (cluster cores, absolute scale, one conjectural theoretical step) are stated explicitly. Presented as a mathematically consistent, falsifiable candidate, positioned honestly within its theoretical family (Quantised Inertia; Verlinde's emergent gravity). All empirical claims reproducible from the included code.
