Yes, you can get Phoenix Contact MKDS 3 terminal blocks in your Mouser search results, and some of them come with all contacts properly shorted together.
(Thank F* they finally discontinued this abomination now. Perhaps the 10th customer throwing rocks through their HQ windows was enough to have them change their mind)

PCB mounted, compact M12 connectors manufactured with a riser PCB.
I guess when you need them, you need them. Otherwise, they're mildly #cursedconnector
