I started taking a little cold shower every time I take a shower and I have managed to upkeep this habit for over a year! I do it to build my self dicipline and resilience and get a free dopamine hit.

All Winter, I am trying Cold Exposure Therapy. ❄️ It is going well.

It has been snowing and the average temperature is below freezing. 🧊

Several times a day I've been going outside, into the cold. ☃️

Not doing full Wim Hof method, but I also do some breathwork and will get some of those same benefits! 💪
