#Meditation – Long Term Benefits

When I began teaching meditation in the 1990’s, I realized that understanding how meditation works would be essential to exploring more effective meditation techniques. In the quarter of a century since, I’ve learned more about the human mind and meditation than I could have ever imagined.

Now, when I teach, the emphasis is on understanding how meditation works so everyone can learn more about themselves, and make use of it within their daily lives.
