always lastLondon's Lambeth Council has decided to make permanent the traffic filter on Windmill Drive in the middle of Clapham Common.
(The drive was filtered during the covid pandemic, and filtering was a pre-pandemic transport priority to stop motorised "rat-running" across the common).
The current temporary scheme will be replaced with new surfaces and sustainable drainage planting.
