Passover begins tonite at dusk. So today I share by Marc Chagall (1887-1985), “Les Israélites mangent l'Agneau de la Pâque,” (The Israelites eat the Passover Lamb), 1931. I believe this is a print. The artist did some original prints based on the painting. I was unable to track down the whereabouts of the painting for certain, but I believe it may be in the Marc Chagall National Museum in Nice, France. #chagall #passover
