US far-right personality Candace Owens was denied entry to Australia a year ago after Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke said her visit was "not in the national interest" and that she would "incite discord" in the community during a planned national speaking tour.

So she went to the Aussie courts. The AU High Court has ruled the visa refusal was justified and Owens has been ordered to pay the costs of the appeal.

Aside: Owens was also barred from NZ until Chris Penk overruled Immigration NZ following lobbying from the Atlas Network aligned FSU. Because no right wing conspiracy nutter is too loony for the National Party.
