A few months back we cooked Burmese food for the
#AroundTheWorldIn80Dishes Collab, specifically Mohinga. We loved it so much, that we repeatedly cooked it since. But we never had a "traditional" Mohinga, cooked by someone who actually knows how it should taste, someone Burmese. So today we ventured in the Burmese street in Taipei to hunt for this magical brew, and I am happy to say, I was not far from the truth with my own Mohinga 🪄🤘
Anyway, it's the perfect brew, a fish and noodle soup to warm the body and soul 🍜 So happy we did this, since it's probably the closest we'll get in the near future ...
