My fiance and I visited a gourmet #cheese shop in Mouhijärvi #today. We bought cheese with home-#brewed beer #flavor for us. And for my relatives I bought a strong cheese named Mouhi Taler. This cheese factory was founded by #Swiss cheese master Peter Dörig in 90s. Yesterday we visited the Juustoportti cheese shop and I bought #vineyard's cheese. The vineyard cheese is regularly brushed with a mixture of Torres Sangre de Toro #redwine and herbs that gives it a special taste. #foodporn #finland

Took a sneaky sample of a test batch from under Monika’s nose last Friday (she’s our Head of Quality). . It’s a ‘Gesha’ varietal from Mikava in #colombia. Their #coffee was used to win the most recent World Brewers Cup. Just #brewed a cup. It’s sublime. Easily fits in category of top .01% of coffee in the world.
