@ileoo Laskurin epätahtisuus ei oikeastaan haittaa.
Löysin nyt että kannet pitää lisätä png:nä eikä jpg:nä, muutenkin ehkä pikku hiljaa opin tavoille.
Starting a new book. I think I found it a few months ago here on #books or maybe on #bookwyrn? Anyhow I remembered a few days ago that I had put it on my reading list. Without verify again what it's actually about I ordered a copy and wow how is this so exactly up my alley?! 😍 Page one, sentence one, I'm sold. 😅
My review of "Memes of the Prophets" on #bookwyrn

Eric got hit by a truck, died, and then was originally pleased to find that wasn't the end. Valrune, the God of Crossings had an offer for him: a second chance at life, as a Prophet in a magical world, sent to share new ideas in a society desperately in need of them. Eric accepted immediately, only to discover every isekai story he'd read hadn't prepared him for a few things going wrong. He was stuck in the body of a catgirl RPG character, there was more than one potential Prophet, and the not-quite-all-powerful church chose the OTHER person. Now Eric had to find his way in a new world without a Fantastic Magical Destiny. Going by "Erica" and not particularly concerned about pronouns, she fell in with the summoner who'd brought her to this world and a holy scribe with opinions (and explanations). They do what any decent person would do in a world filled with fantasy tropes: start an adventuring party with two oddball warriors. While slaying slimes and otherwise trying to make ends meet, Erica shares ideas from our world in the vague hope of making a difference. However, when the world has had 67 Prophets and counting, and bears the scars of wars of unification, how much difference can tic-tac-toe or pasta really make? Erica is going to find out, because she just got a second chance at life, and she's going to make something of it even if it kills her. Again. Memes of the Prophets combines elements of Japanese isekai stories, humor inspired by Monty Python, Terry Pratchett, and Letterkenny, and an exploration of big ideas and how a magical society deals with them.
Worked out the importance of boosting posts by people I know from the blue bird place, to help my (previously mutual) followers find them and follow them too. Hopefully others will do the same with anything I post. I know it’s called ‘toot’, but I just can’t get used to that. 🤣
