For a few years, #CocaCola has been *flooding* #Albania with Coke Zero advertising. Parasols, decals, TV ads, everything you'd expect. It's not subtle. See the image, but these huge billboards also sit on the hills next to the highway… and yet I have yet to order a coke zero in a restaurant and actually get one, even while sitting under one of those parasols. 😆

Not sure what to make of this, but I love how stubbornly the Albanians seem to resist this. ✊

Merde! I am in the process of writing a scraper for a database of public administration documents because official website is so slow and annoying and bad at search. And *every* time I try to download any significant amount of data from it, it just takes down the site for everyone. And this doesn't even require botnet level traffic, just a regular for loop in Python will do. Thinking to extend my little project to a full competitor to the current platform... 😆
