Aktuelle Gerichtsurteile im Spiegel des Straßenverkehrsrechts: Das Straßenverkehrsgesetz (StVG) dient nach wie vor der Förderung des Kfz-Verkehrs. Kein Wunder, ist es doch 1909 als „Kraftfahrzeuggesetz“ erlassen und 1952 nur umbenannt worden.
