Didn't #JohnLennon get into a similar #brouhaha during the #Beatles era, leading to a #backlash from #evangelicals, yet #Trump faces no backlash?
When I became old and sophisticated (i.e. around 12 years old) I lost interest in early #Beatles albums, because the first few were damn near live recordings, so there was very little trivia upon which to opine knowledgeably ("Ah, yes. That was recorded on four-track, so if you listen carefully you can hear where they had to mix down the strings, and…").
Damn they were a good live band. And it's easy to forget how much of the heavy lifting George did.
