Peanut butter cake with homemade strawberry jam on the cut side of the bottom and middle layer, with a strawberry cream cheese buttercream on top and outside. Super good! Made another strawberry cake with a strawberry frosting for my wonderful @mathias birthday dinner tonight! Also made gluten-free cupcakes flavored the same way! Found a fun trick to make GF all-purpose flour result in a lovely cake texture! 
Flavored entirely with real strawberries, either frozen/fresh or freeze-dried! The frosting is more pink than it appears here. Strawberry cream cheese buttercream. #baking #bakinggay
