Wow. This is (a) super interesting in itself, and (b) good news for our ash trees. I've seen so many dying ash trees in my part of England, it breaks my heart. Not perfect but this canopy of ash is still looking reasonably healthy. These plants are growing in very crowded conditions alongside field maple.

I just wonder whether there is tomato and basil effect.
