The idea came late the day before yesterday, grew over the course of the last day, and – finally – turned into reality: A full marathon in my personal best time of 3:30:46. A good morning’s run and roughly 16 minutes of jumping rope. Now I’m thinking about - maybe - I could - perhaps - run - eventually - a more or less spontaneous full marathon tomorrow. Well, let’s just wait and see. It has been rather cold these last two days (4 and 5 degrees C on my last two runs), if there’s rain, I guess I won’t be in the mood to get wet for 3 and a half hours… 🤷🏻‍♂️ #Running #JumpingRope #HalfMarathon #Marathon #weather #Coros #Apex4

Quite a day, but now I‘m really tired. The night was too short, and I didn’t even sleep well during the time I slept. All the more astonishing to me was the fact that I could run quite well. I‘ll have to adjust to the #Coros #Apex4 a little more – there‘s no auto pause and/or auto resume while #Running (so after a short pee break, I forgot to restart my workout for ~100 meters). Well, just my initials: SH, shit happens… #JumpingRope was fine. #audiobook as well.

Wow, that one was a quick one… After a solid 8+ hours of sleep, I started out without a specific goal, just *half marathon (or a little more)*. And then, I got into a rather swift pace and was mostly able to keep it up while #Running – yay! Afterwards, I got my 2,000+ jumps in, right before hitting the shower. Now, I feel the need for a nap. #coros #apex4
