got my shingles vaccine yesterday (first of two). arm is sore and my brain is slow this am. tech said I might experience some 'flu-like' symptoms. not sure if I'd describe it like that, but I do feel... weird. sure beats the heck out getting shingles, tho. my love was afflicted in her 30s and it was hell to watch. get your vaccines, folx.
