You only need to get the RSV shot once.

"The RSV vaccine is not currently an annual vaccine, meaning people do not need to get a dose every RSV season. Eligible adults can get an RSV vaccine at any time, but the best time to get vaccinated is in late summer and early fall before RSV usually starts to spread in communities."

I got my RSV shot a couple of years ago; get a flu & Covid shot annually; and got 2 variants of the Shingles vax (Shingrix & Zostavax) & 3 variants of the Pneumonia vax (PCV 15, 20 & 21) previously.
There's a 4th type of pneumonia vax (PPSV23) that was most recently released.
Asked my PCP about it & he said I didn't need it, since I got the other 3 already but, from what I've read, PPSV23 covers some things the others didn't. So, I'm still thinking about getting it too.
