A few weeks back I was wondering what had happened to the #graffiti artist #Ande, allegedly responsible for ghosts around #Lüneburg (you see three examples below*), since they had apparently been caught in 2023.

The accused paid a three-figure EUR sum to a charity and relinquished materials confiscated on arrest (spray cans).
Apparently, the accused could not be linked to more than the two ghosts they were spraying when caught.
