I’ve been watching ‘The Matter of Facts’ #ABC series with #HamishMcDonald and found it very interesting. In this age of #AISlop and #AIFakes, disinformation warfare and addiction to social media, it is a potent reminder that we are not helpless. We can stop the #TechBros from #algorithmically anialating our ability to discern fact from falacy.

I particularly liked the take on Taiwan where the #Tech is being used against #GenAISlop and #DisInformation to strengthen democracy.

Enjoyable series to watch, waiting for forthcoming episodes.

@joelmcglothlin It’s probably at least partly due to the fact that most of us have been #algorithmically silenced over there. (I mean it could be #multifactorial, of course 😂)
